How it works

Hello! On this page, we’ll explain how to use our website.

1. Filling Out the Form: After you fill out the form below, remember that it can be anonymous. Use a pseudonym if that’s more comfortable for you, but make sure your email address is entered correctly. The email will arrive immediately or within 2–5 minutes. Due to different email service settings, check your Spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

2. Accessing the Specialists Page: In the email, you’ll receive a button-link that takes you to the specialists’ page. There, you’ll see a list of profiles with brief information about each specialist. Clicking on a profile will open the full specialist page, where you can see:

- Information about the specialist;


- Location;

- Discussion topics;

- Session cost;

- Session duration.

Almost all the specialists you’ll see on the page have experienced immigration challenges just like you, so they understand you like no one else.

3. Booking and Payment: On the specialist’s page, you can pay for the service and choose a session date and time. You can either pay first and then select a time, or vice versa—it doesn’t matter. You’ll receive a meeting link immediately after selecting the date. The specialist will receive the link as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Important! Make sure to use the same email address for payment as you did for booking.
